MEXICO POST #1
Wow, 4 whole months since we last posted... we suck. Thanks to everyone who still stops by once in a while. Beth tells me she only stops by to get to Tam and Em's because we have a link and she knows they will have pictures and news. So I PROMISED Beth I would post something this week.
So here it is. This photo epitomizes our Mexico trip (to me). Aimsel would probably disagree, but I love this one!

Very nice. That photo makes me hungry...and tired of winter!
And no comment on the time in between posts...I continued to check in but I must admit that "Thursday in October" was getting a wee bit old!
